Two Counts of Criminal Impersonation

MASSENA, NY - Massena-based State Police arrested Carl E. Monroe, Jr. for Criminal Impersonation 2nd following a traffic stop on W. Orvis St. in the Village of Massena. Monroe provided incorrect information to Troopers regarding his identity due to his operating privileges being suspended in New York State. Monroe was additionally charged with Criminal Impersonation 2nd degree in the Town of Norfolk from a similar incident on May 13, 2009.

Monroe was transported and processed for two counts of Criminal Impersonation 2nd and issued tickets for Illegal Window Tint, Unlicensed Operation and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd degree, to appear in the Village of Massena Court on 12/22/09 at 1:30 p.m. Monroe was then transported to Norfolk Court and arraigned before Town Justice Lustyk and released to supervision of probation, to appear in the Town of Norfolk Court on 01/20/10 at 9:00 a.m.
