OSWEGATCHIE, NY - Ogdensburg-based State Police arrested Seadon L. White, 21, of Heuvelton, NY for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. The charge originates from a traffic stop on State Route 184 in the Town of Oswegatchie on 12/06/09 at 11:05 p.m. During said traffic stop, White was found to be in possession of a Marijuana Grinder containing Marijuana Residue. He was also found to have a suspended driver's license. White was issued an appearance ticket for Marijuana Possession and Traffic Tickets for driving with a suspended license as well as other V&T violations. All tickets were made returnable to the Town of Oswegatchie Court on 12/09/09 at 6:00 p.m.
