Ontario Man Arrested for DWI |

MASSENA, NY - Massena-based State Police arrested Colin A. Hall, 23, of Cornwall, Ontario for DWI subsequent to a secondary inspection at the Massena Port of Entry. Hall was issued tickets for Aggravated DWI due to having a .22% blood alcohol content, as well as DWI, Refusal to Take Pre Screening Device, Visibility Distorted, and Sidewings Non Transparent. All were made returnable to the Town of Massena Court on December 16, 2009 at 1:30 p.m.
