MACOMB, NY - Ogdensburg-based State Police arrested Gregory A. Carr, 46, of Ogdensburg, NY on Friday, December 6, 2009 for Criminal Trespass 2nd. Tammy L. Petrie, 45, of Macomb, NY, reported that Carr, her ex-husband, had shown up and walked into her residence, where a fight broke out between Carr and Petrie's boyfriend.

Carr was located later that evening by patrols and was transported back to SP Ogdensburg where he was processed. He was then arraigned in the Town of Morristown Court by Judge Thomas Bertrand, who released Carr on his own recognizance. Carr is to return to the Town of Macomb Court on December 10, 2009 at 7:00 p.m.
