CANTON, NY - SP Canton patrols arrested Jonathan R. Vaisey, 30, of Canton, NY for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd, and Uninspected Motor Vehicle subsequent to a Vehicle and Traffic Law stop on the Cowan Rd in the Town of Canton. Vaisey was found to possess approximately 1.6 grams of marijuana and a marijuana smoking pipe containing residue subsequent to the stop for loud exhaust. He was issued tickets returnable to the Canton Town Court on 12/16/09 at 4:00 p.m.
