POTSDAM, NY - Norfolk-based State Police arrested Monique N. Gagner, 24, of Massena, NY for Driving While Intoxicated. Gagner's arrest was subsequent to a traffic stop on SR 56 in the Town of Potsdam for a violation of VTL 1120A, Failure to Keep Right. Gagner was processed at SP Massena without incident and later found to have a BAC of .16%. Gagner was issued tickets for Failure to Keep Right and Driving While Intoxicated, returnable to Town of Potsdam Court on 01/21/10 at 1:00 p.m.
