DWI, Cell Phone Accident in Norfolk |

NORFOLK, NY - Kimberly S. Meacham, 37, of Winthrop, NY was arrested for DWI, Failed to Keep Right, and Talking on her Cell Phone after she was involved in a one-car personal injury accident on ST-420 in the Town of Norfolk. Meacham struck the east shoulder guard rail, then the west shoulder guard rail, coming to rest in the center of the southbound lane of travel. Meacham was transported to Massena Memorial Hospital, where she was treated for fractured ribs. Meacham was arrested and did submit to a blood test. Meacham is to appear in the Town of Norfolk Court on 01/06/2010 at 7:00 p.m.
