Anonymous Tip Leads to Marijuana Arrest |

NORFOLK, NY - Massena-based State Police arrested Kevin K. Laughton, 41, of Norfolk, NY for Criminal Possession of Marijuana 2nd after he was found to possess approximately 27 ounces of marijuana at his residence. Laughton was arraigned before Town Justice Lustyik in the Town of Norfolk Court and released after paying $1,000 bail, with a return date of 12/09/09 at 6:00 p.m. in Town of Norfolk Court.
