Ogdensburg Woman gets 6 Tickets |

Statement from the State Police: State Police in Ogdensburg stopped SARAH L. ASHLEY, 31, Ogdensburg, for speeding on County Route 6 in Oswegatchie. Upon interviewing Ashley, she provided a false name and date of birth for which a ticket was issued.
Later,
information was provided that Ashley had falsified her identity because
her driving privileges have been suspended. Further investigation
revealed that Ashley was the only person who had been driving the
vehicle. On 07/16/09, Ashley was witnessed
driving again. Ashley was arrested for Criminal Impersonation 2nd and
was issued a ticket for Aggravated Unlicenced Operation 3rd. Both
are returnable to the City of Ogdensburg on 08/06/09. Tickets were also
issued for the violations that were made on 06/13/09. AUO 3rd,
Speeding, and Failure To Notify DMV Of Change Of Address. Those tickets
are returnable to the Town of Oswegatchie on 08/05/09.
