OGDENSBURG, NY - Ogdensburg-based State Police arrested 61-year-old Marsha L. Morrow of Ogdensburg, NY. 

Morrow has been accused of Driving While Intoxicated and crossing hazardous markings.

Police say she was tested with a BAC of .11%.  She was released on appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Oswegatchie Court on April 7th at 6:00 p.m.
