MASSENA, NY - Massena-based State Police arrested Bonnie S. Lamay, 42, of Massena on Sunday for 2nd-Degree Aggravated Harassment.

According to police, Lamay made 16 unwanted phone calls in a 2-hour period to Lisa Rupert of Norfolk.  During some of the calls, Lamay allegedly threatened to "take out" Rupert.

Lamay was arrested in the Village of Massena and issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Norfolk Court on March 17th, 2010 at 7:00 pm.
