WATERTOWN, NY - Watertown-based State Police arrested Richard L. Coleman, 22, of Evans Mills Friday on Child Pornography charges.

Police say that they secured numerous images of children under the age of 16 engaging in sexual conduct. 

Coleman lives with his wife at a residence on Eldon Road in Evans Mills that belongs to Xicara and Frederick Hockenberry.  Police say it was the Hockenberrys that called in the complaint against Coleman.

Coleman was charged with Possession of an Obscene Sexual Performance by a Child.  He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Leray Court on March 22nd and released to the custody of Fort Drum authorities.
