WATERTOWN, NY - State Police arrested 21-year-old Richard J. Cronce of Gouverneur today following an incident that allegedly took place on December 14th, 2009.

Police say that Cronce unwantedly touched the left breast of a female while at the Taco Bell in the Town of Leray.

Cronce was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Leray Court on March 22nd, 2010.
