2 Syracuse Men Charged at Morristown Roadblock

MORRISTOWN, NY - Two Syracuse men were arrested at a Border Patrol checkpoint on State Highway 37 in the Town of Morristown yesterday.

Ogdensburg-based State Police charged William H. Kelly, 39, and Robert P. Kelly, 38, both of Syracuse, with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Police say that the two were found to be in possession of 12.5 grams of marijuana as well as a glass pipe containing 1 gram of marijuana and a grinder with marijuana residue.

The two were issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Morristown Court on March 18th, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. and released.
