ALEXANDRIA BAY, NY - State Police charged Howard L. Bain, 51, of Alexandria Bay with Driving While Intoxicated early Thursday morning.

Police say that Bain was stopped on the Number 6 Road for driving with a headlight out and that subsequent investigation found Bain to be intoxicated.  He was tested with a .14% BAC and issued tickets to appear in the Town of Alexandria Court on March 23rd, 2010.
