CLAYTON, NY - Alexandria Bay-based State Police arrested James M. Mosher, 37, of Clayton last night.

Police say that Mosher was observed throwing eggs at a camper trailer owned by Jay D. Bearup of Clayton at approximately 10 p.m. on March 11th, 2010.

Mosher was charged with 4th-Degree Criminal Mischief and issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Clayton Court on March 16th, 2010.
