MASSENA, NY - Winthrop-based State Police arrested Ryan P. Hebert, 25, of Massena yesterday.

Police allege that Hebert had been making threatening phone calls to two individuals.  He was charged with 2 counts of 2nd-Degree Aggravated Harassment and issued appearance tickets.

Hebert is scheduled to answer one of the charges in the Town of Norfolk Court on March 24th, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. and the other in the Village of Massena Court on March 16th, 2010 at 1:30 p.m.
