Jordan Davie, 24, of Potsdam was charged with Inadequate Taillights on Maple St.

Zhenyu Bao, 24 of Potsdam was charged with Passing a Red Light, as well as Unlicensed Operation of a motor vehicle. This incident occurred on Market St.
