Brasher, NY - State Police in Massena have charged Joshua Miller, 20, of Waddington NY following a traffic stop in the town of Brasher. 

Police indicate that Miller was found to be in possession of approximately 42.3 grams of psilocybin mushrooms and approximately 21.5grams of marijuana.  He was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th Degree and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. 

Miller was scheduled appearance tickets and is schedule to appear in the Town of Brasher Court on March 16, 2010.
