Brooke L. Rankin, 19, of Malone NY - charged with Speeding.  (45 in a 30).

Matthew Fallon, 20, of Pierrefonds QC – charged with Speeding.  (50 in a 30). 

Zachariah P. Iverson, 21, of Warner NH – charged with an Open Container on Market St.

Brian L. King II, 24, of Potsdam NY- charged with Public Urination on Depot St. 

Shayleen K. Soller, 19, of Potsdam NY- charged with Not Wearing a Seatbelt. 

Sean M. McAuliffe, 22, of Watertown NY- charged with Failure to Stop at Stop Sign on Cedar St.

Brandon T. Reilly-Evans, 19, of Longmeadow MA- charged with Moving From Lane Unsafely on Market St.

 Ryan D. Thompson, 25, of Fort Drum NY – charged with Disorderly Conduct and Violent Behavior following an alleged altercation with another male subject on Market St. 

 Mitchel R. Charleson, 18, of Potsdam NY- charged with Unnecessary Noise.  Police observed Charleson creating unnecessarily loud noise with the vehicle’s stereo system while driving.
