Fine, NY- Gouverneur based State Police have arrested Clifford G. Cole, 42, of Fine NY, following a traffic stop in the Town of Fine. 

Police report that Cole refused to submit a sample to breathalyzer testing.  He was ticketed for Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Open Container, No Taillights, and Refusal to be Screened.

Cole was arraigned in the Town of Fowler Court and later remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash or $10,000 bond.  He is scheduled to return to the Town of Fine Court on March 23, 2010.
