POTSDAM, NY - Potsdam Village Police arrested Darien R. Temper II, 22, of North Lawrence, NY last night after an officer allegedly observed him traveling on Sisson Street with Inadequate Plate Lamps.

Police say further investigation revealed that Temper had a suspended license and was also in possession of marijuana.  He was charged with Inadequate Plate Lamps, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.

Scott R. Marcinkowski, 23, of Potsdam, NY was charged early this morning after an officer observed his vehicle weaving between lanes on Market Street.  During processing, police say that Marcinkowski tested with a .24% BAC.  He was ticketed for Moving From Lane Unsafely and Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated.
