MORRISTOWN, NY - Ogdensburg-based State Police arrested a Theresa woman yesterday after she almost hit a State Trooper head-on on Route 37, police say.

Kelly A. Murtha, 44, of Theresa was charged with DWAI-Drugs, Reckless Driving, and Driving Across Hazardous Markings.  She was issued tickets returnable to the Town of Morristown Court on March 10th, 2010 at 4:00 p.m.
