NORFOLK, NY - Massena-based State Police arrested 17-year-old Dillon T. Middlemiss following a dispute at his home yesterday.

Police say that during the dispute, Middlemiss broke items not belonging to him and violated an order of protection in the process.

He was charged with 4th-Degree Criminal Mischief and 2nd-Degree Criminal Contempt.  Middlemiss was arraigned in the Town of Norfolk Court and released to reappear on March 24th, 2010 at 6:30 p.m.
