OGDENSBURG, NY - Ogdensburg-based State Police arrrested Randy E. Dewey II, 24, of Ogdensburg yesterday for 2nd-Degree Aggravated Harassment.

Police say that Dewey had been told multiple times not to call a certain individual and that on Feb. 24th, at a business in the Town of Morristown, he had a third party initiate a call to that individual for him in order to get through.

He was arraigned in the Town of Morristown Court and remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 secured bond.

Dewey is scheduled to reappear in the Town of Morristown Court on March 18th, 2010 to answer the charge.
