WATERTOWN, NY - Watertown-based State Police arrested Lamottrice S. Brown, 21, of Watertown yesterday following a dispute with his wife at the Precision Car Wash on Route 11.

Police say that the argument escalated to the point where Brown backed his vehicle across the parking lot and intentionally rammed it into the side of his wife's vehicle causing extensive damage.

Authorities also say that when State Police arrived on the scene, Brown resisted arrest.  He was charged with 1 Count of 2nd-Degree Criminal Mischief and Resisting Arrest.

Brown was arraigned in the Town of Watertown Court and released to the custody of Fort Drum Military Police.
