SANFORDVILLE, NY - St. Lawrence County Sheriff's deputies arrested Derek J. Ober, 18, of Massena, and Andrew M. Francis, 19 of Norwood yesterday.

Police allege that Ober and Francis broke into the Village Market Store located at the intersection of CR 57 and SR 11 in Sanfordville early Sunday morning.

The two were charged with 3rd-Degree Burglary.  Francis was additionally charged with 3rd-Degree Criminal Mischief for allegedly breaking the glass out of the store's front doors to gain entry.

The two were arraigned in the Town of Potsdam Court and released to the supervision of the St. Lawrence County Department of Probation.
