POTSDAM, NY - Potsdam Village Police arrested 7 individuals over the weekend on a variety of charges.

Adele M. Finazzo, 50, of Winthrop, NY - charged for No Headlight on Maple St.

Arthur L. Hirschberg, Jr., 25, of Potsdam, NY - charged for Speeding (47 in a 30)

Brandon R. Lavictoire, 20, of Orleans, ON - charged for Speeding (55 in a 30)

Ryan A. Brink, 22, of Copake, NY - charged with going Wrong Way on a One-Way Street.

Katelin M. Alexander, 20, of Saratoga Springs, NY - charged with Speeding (46 in a 30) on Maple Street.

Christopher M. Schaefer, 19, of East Rockaway, NY - charged for Open Container and Underage Possession of Alcohol on State Street.

Bryson A. Lyndaker, 21, of Croghan, NY - charged with Driving While Using a Cell Phone, No Seatbelt, DWI, and DWI over .08%.  Police say they witnessed Lyndaker driving while talking on the phone and not wearing a seatbelt and that he was intoxicated when they stopped him.  Police say he tested at .16% BAC.
