POTSDAM, N.Y. - On 02/13/10 at 9:51 p.m., Potsdam Police Department issued a traffic citation to Elizabeth H. Brown, 18, of Hanover, N.H., for Speed in Zone - 50 in a 30 mph zone on Maple Street in Potsdam.

At 2:02 a.m. on 02/14/10, Potsdam Police Department observed two subjects on Market Street yelling obscenities and disturbing the peace. David J. Murphy, 21, of Boonville, N.Y. and Terrance J.
