NORFOLK, N.Y. - On 02/13/10, Massena-based State Police arrested Michael K. Crump, 40, of Winthrop, N.Y. for Driving While Intoxicated subsequent to a vehicle and traffic stop on State Route 420 in the Town of Norfolk for speeding.

Crump was found to have a BAC of 0.14% and was issued Uniform Traffic Tickets for speeding and DWI, returnable to the Town of Norfolk Court on 03/24/10 at 6:30 p.m.
