DWI Arrest in Clayton

CLAYTON, N.Y. - The New York State Police in Alexandria Bay arrested Michael A. Cook, 21, of Clayton, N.Y. for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated and operating a vehicle with a suspended registration.

On 02/13/10 at approximately 2:22 a.m. he was stopped on Theresa Street in the Village of Clayton, after a mobile computer registration check showed the vehicle he was operating had a suspended registration for having no insurance. The subsequent investigation revealed he was also intoxicated, with BAC 0.24%.

Cook was issued tickets returnable to the Village of Clayton Court on 02/23/10 and released.
