Two-Car Accident in Louisville |

LOUISVILLE, N.Y. - On 02/12/10, State Police investigated a two-car personal injury accident at approximately 11:50 a.m. at the intersection of SR 131 and Willard Road in the Town of Louisville.
Investigation revealed that Raymond Dexter, 79, of River Road, operating a 2006 Chevrolet, Failed to Yield the Right of Way at Wilson Hill Road and SR 131, striking a 2001 Ford Escort operated by Worden Bray, 63, of Heuvelton and occupied by Gloria Bray, 61, of the same address, which was eastbound on SR 131. All three were transported to Massena Memorial Hospital by Massena Rescue with minor injuries.
Dexter was issued a ticket for Failure to Yield Right of Way at a Stop Sign, returnable in Louisville Court on 02/24/10 at 5:30 p.m.
