POTSDAM, N.Y. - On Wednesday, February 10, 2010, at 10:55 p.m., Potsdam Police officers observed the vehicle of Ryan C. Pratt, 18, of Brockport, N.Y. traveling at a high rate of speed on Market Street in Potsdam. A traffic stop was initiated and a Uniform Traffic Ticket was issued for Speed in Zone - 49 in a 30 mph zone, returnable to Potsdam Village Court on February 24, 2010 at 9:30 a.m.

At 11:00 p.m. on February 10, 2010, Potsdam Police officer observed a vehicle on Lawrence Avenue in Potsdam failing to signal. Officer stopped the vehicle and discovered the operator, Stephen M. Fountaine, 20, of Brasher Falls, N.Y. to have a suspended license. Fountaine was issued Uniform Traffic Tickets for Illegal Signal and Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 3rd, returnable to Potsdam Village Court on February 24, 2010 at 9:30 a.m.

On Thursday, February 11, 2010 at 12:04 a.m., Potsdam Police observed Michael J. Collyer, 23, of Queensbury, N.Y. driving on Elm Street at a high rate of speed. A traffic stop was initiated and a Uniform Traffic Ticket was issued for Speed in Zone - 50 in a 30 mph zone, returnable to Potsdam Village Court on February 18, 2010 at 6:00 p.m.
