WATERTOWN, N.Y. - State Police in Watertown arrested Ross Pierce, 24, on February 9, 2010 for one count of Felony Scheme To Defraud 1st Degree and six counts of Petit Larceny.

The arrest was made subsequent to an investigation which found that Pierce had stolen approximately $4,539 in computer equipment on six separate occasions from the Super Walmart and Sam's Club in the Towns of Watertown and LeRay.

Pierce was arraigned in the Town of Watertown Court and remanded to the Jefferson County PSB on no bail.
