CLAYTON, N.Y. - The State Police in Alexandria Bay made a Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd arrest in the Village of Clayton on 02/09/10.

Troopers Gorman and Fisher were assisted by off-duty Trooper Swenson with a vehicle stop on Webb Street in the Village of Clayton at approximately 2:58 a.m. The vehicle was being operated by Derik F. Hunneyman, 21, of Clayton, N.Y. The investigation revealed that Hunneyman was in possession of approximately 7.5 grams of cocaine and approximately 12 grams of marijuana. Hunneyman was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.

Hunneyman was arraigned before Village Justice Clarence Giles and committed to the Jefferson County Public Safety Building in lieu of $10,000 bail.
