Massena Woman Charged With Criminal Impersonation |

MASSENA, NY - Massena-based State Police arrested Tawnda L. Curtis, 34, of 251 Center Street for 2nd-Degree Criminal Impersonation.
Police say that Curtis had given police the name of Tammy Serge when she was stopped for a traffic violation on February 6th, 2010. Police say that Serge's name initially went on the ticket until it was discovered that Curtis was actually the driver.
Curtis was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Louisville Court on February 10th, 2010 at 5:30 pm.
