Louisville Woman Jailed for DWI |

LOUISVILLE, NY - Massena-based State Police arrested Michelle L. Obrien, 30, of Louisville following a report of a vehicle off the roadway on State Route 37 in the Town of Louisville.
Police say that Obrien was intoxicated and charged her with Driving While Intoxicated, 1st-Degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, and Failure to Keep Right.
Obrien was arraigned and remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,500 cash bail or $3,000 secured bond. She is due to reappear in the Town of Lousville Court on February 12th, 2010 at 5:30 p.m.
