LOUISVILLE, N.Y. - On February 7, 2010, Massena-based State Police arrested Scott M. Douillet, 34, of Massena, N.Y. for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th and Consuming Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle, subsequent to a traffic stop on State Highway 56 in the Town of Louisville. Douillet was found to possess a small quantity of cocaine.

Douillet was transported to SP Massena where he was processed and released on appearance tickets to appear in the Louisville Town Court on February 10, 2010 at 5:30 p.m.

Also charged as a result of the traffic stop was Robert F. Green, 31, of Raymondville, N.Y. Green was charged with Consuming Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle and released to appear in the Town of Louisville Court later this month.

Tammy J. Serge, 40, was charged with No Plate Lamps and was released to appear in the Town of Louisville Court at a later date this month.
