POTSDAM, N.Y. - After a 10-month investigation, members of the Potsdam Police Department arrested David L. LaBrake, 40, of Potsdam, N.Y. at 12:55 p.m. on Friday, 02/05/10, for the felony of Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child.

It is alleged that LaBrake possessed several images and videos of child pornography.

Agents from the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Service assisted the Potsdam Police Department with the investigation.

LaBrake was arraigned in the Village of Potsdam Court by the Honorable Joseph Welch, and was released to the supervision of probation.

LaBrake is scheduled to reappear in the Village of Potsdam Court on 02/10/10 at 9:30 a.m.
