Potsdam Man Jailed for Rape |

POTSDAM, N.Y. - Members of the Potsdam Police Department arrested Dustin L. Musick, 25, of Potsdam, N.Y. at 9:15 a.m. on Friday, 02/05/10, at the Village of Potsdam Court for the felony of Rape in the Third Degree.
It is alleged that Musick had sexual relations with a 16-year-old female during October of 2009.
Musick was arraigned by the Honorable Joseph Welch and was remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash bail.
