STOCKHOLM, N.Y. - On 02/05/10 at 2:32 a.m., State Police arrested Matthew C. Arquitt, 42, of Brasher Falls, N.Y. on charges of Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree.

It is alleged that on 02/05/10 at approximately 2:27 a.m., Arquitt broke the front door window of Stewart's Shop, 657 SR-11c, Winthrop, N.Y., causing more than $250 damage.

Arquitt is to appear in the Town of Stockholm Court.
