POTSDAM, N.Y. - The Potsdam Police Department received a complaint at 8:38 p.m. on Thursday, 02/04/10, from an establishment on Market Street that a subject had attempted to purchase alcohol with another person's license.

Patrols identified the suspect as Adam J. Houmiel, 20, of Ogdensburg, N.Y. Investigation revealed that Houmiel was under the age of 21. Patrols seized the ID and issued the suspect a Uniform Traffic Ticket for the license and an Appearance Ticket for attempting to purchase alcohol with another person's ID.
