Potsdam PD Arrest 3 in Connection with Altercation |

POTSDAM, N.Y. - Members of the Potsdam Police Department arrested three SUNY Potsdam students for their involvement in an altercation which took place in the early morning hours of December 12, 2009 at the La Casbah on Elm Street in Potsdam.
Arrested on 02/02/10 for Disorderly Conduct were Kyle P. Green, 23, of Bel Air, Md. and William J. Richards, III, 21, of Niskayuna, N.Y. They were both issued Appearance Tickets ordering them to appear in the Village of Potsdam Court on 02/17/10 at 9:30 a.m.
On 02/03/10, Thomas A. Farley, 21, of Nicholville, N.Y. was arrested for the misdemeanor of Assault in the Third Degree. Farley is alleged to have broken the nose and cheekbone of another male subject during the altercation. He was issued an Appearance Ticket ordering him to appear in the Village of Potsdam Court on 02/10/10 at 9:30 a.m.
