Traffic Stop Leads to Marijuana Arrest |

MASSENA, N.Y. - Massena-based State Police arrested Howard J. Stiles, 53, of DeKalb, N.Y. for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana following a traffic stop for inadequate exhaust on SR 37 in the Town of Massena.
Stiles was found to be in possession of a metal marijuana smoking device as well as two marijuana cigarettes.
Stiles was issued a ticket for Inadequate Exhaust and an appearance ticket for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, to appear in the Town of Massena Court on February 17, 2010 at 5:00 p.m.
