North Lawrence Man Jailed for Criminal Sex Act |

MASSENA, NY - Massena-based State Police arrested Robin Judware, 42, of North Lawrence yesterday on a warrant issued by the St. Lawrence County Court.
The warrant was issued subsequent to a sealed indictment from the St. Lawrence County Grand Jury for charges of 1st-Degree Criminal Sex Act and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Judware was arraigned in the St. Lawrence County Court before Judge Richards and remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility without bail.
