Gouverneur Woman Jailed for DWI |

GOUVERNEUR, NY - Gouverneur-based State Police arrested Patricia M. Cullinan, of Gouverneur after her vehicle was observed on the wrong side of the road on State Route 11.
Police stopped her and found her to be intoxicated. She was charged with Failure to Keep Right and Aggravated Felony DWI. Police report that her BAC was .21% at the time of testing.
Cullinan was arraigned in the Town of Gouverneur Court and remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500.00 cash bail or $1,000 secured bond.
