Massena Woman Arrested for Marijuana at Border |

MASSENA, N.Y. - Massena-based State Police arrested Diana L. Farrell, 49, of Massena, N.Y. for one count of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
Farrell was a passenger in a vehicle entering the United States from Canada at the Massena Port of Entry. U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers referred the vehicle for a secondary inspection, at which time Customs officers discovered a small amount of marijuana in a purse belonging to Farrell.
State Police were notified, and Farrell was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. She was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Massena Court on 02/03/10 at 1:30 p.m.
