MASSENA, NY - Massena-based State Police say they found Edward J. Tarbell's vehicle stuck in a snow bank on Haverstock Road in the Town of Massena yesterday.

According to police, Tarbell had been driving, and was intoxicated at the time.  He was charged with both DWI and Speed Not Reasonable or Prudent and released on appearance tickets.

The tickets are returnable to the Town of Massena Court on February 10th, 2010 at 1:30 p.m.
