HARRISVILLE, N.Y. - Gouverneur State Police arrested Dale W. Decoteau, 54, of Harrisville, N.Y. for Harassment 2nd as a result of an altercation that took place on January 10, 2010.

Decoteau allegedly yelled at a female victim while jabbing his finger into her shoulder. 

A Criminal Summons for Harassment 2nd was issued by Town of Edwards Court. Decoteau is to appear on 2/16/10 at 6:00 p.m.
