GOUVERNEUR, NY - The Gouveneur Village Police Department, working with the St. Lawrence County Drug Task Force arrested 10 Gouverneur residents shortly after 6 a.m. this morning.
The individuals were charged with various degrees of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance including oxycodone, percocet, and oxycotin, among others.
The following individuals were charged:
- Carol Bonnell, 49, of Gouverneur, was charged with 5th-Degree Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance for a quantity of diazapam. Bonnell was remanded to the SLCCF on $5,000 cash bail, $10,000 bond.
- Jonathan Stowell, 34, of Gouverneur, was charged with 3rd-Degree Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance (Percocet). Stowell was remanded to the SLCCF on $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
- Todd McIntosh, 47, of Gouverneur, was charged with 3rd-Degree Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance (Tylenol with Codeine). McIntosh was remanded to the SLCCF on $5,000 bail, $10,000 bond.
- Dale Dedrick, 53, of Gouverneur, was charged with 3rd-Degree Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance (Oxycodone). Dedrick was remanded to the SLCCF on $5,000 bail, $10,000 bond.
- Stewart Miller, 47, of Gouverneur, was charged with 3rd-Degree Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance (Cocaine). Miller was remanded to the SLCCF without bail.
- Daniel E. Miller, 25, of Gouverneur, was charged with 3rd-Degree Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance (Tylenol with Codeine). Miller was remanded to the SLCCF on $5,000 bail, $10,000 bond.
- Randy Bowman, 45, of Gouverneur, was charged with 3rd-Degree Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance (Cocaine). Bowman was remanded to the SLCCF on $10,000 bail, $20,000 bond.
- Weldon Lashbrooks Jr., 46, of Gouverneur, was charged with 3rd-Degree Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance (Cocaine). Lashbrooks was remanded to the SLCCF on $5,000 bail, $10,000 bond.
- Eric Parow, 25, of Gouverneur, was charged with 3rd-Degree Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance (Cocaine). Parow was remanded to the SLCCF on $5,000 bail, $10,000 bond.
- Rita Chartier, 42, of Gouverneur, was charged with 3rd-Degree Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance (Oxycontin). Chartier was remanded to the SLCCF on $5,000 bail, $10,000 bond.
The suspects were all arraigned this morning in the Town of Gouverneur Court and remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility. Investigators state that the investigation is ongoing and more charges are likely to be filed.
